All work

Brands & platformsCompanies with something to explain.

An HR platform, an architecture studio and a UPSC learning platform. Each is hard to explain quickly, so the design work is about hierarchy: what someone must understand first, and what can wait.

HR software

helloFriday

helloFriday brings hiring, onboarding, time off, rotas and performance into one system with AI assistants built in. That is a long list of features, so the site needs to turn it into a simple idea and a clear reason to book a demo.

Key decisions

  • Showed the product working in the hero, because AI claims mean nothing until you see them happen.
  • Framed the story as before and after, turning a long feature list into a problem buyers already recognise.
  • Organised the platform under Manage, Motivate and Automate, giving people a simple way to hold a large product in mind.
  • Repeated one action, Book a Demo, so every section moves toward the same decision.

Architecture & interiors, Chennai

Sketch & Stone

Sketch & Stone designs modern, luxury architecture and interiors in Chennai. The site says very little on purpose, letting scale and restraint carry the brand the way the studio’s buildings do.

Key decisions

  • Removed almost everything: one line, full screen. For a studio selling restraint, the site itself has to be the proof.
  • Introduced the people behind the work, because architecture is bought on trust in a team.
  • Offered both an enquiry form and WhatsApp, matching how clients actually prefer to start the conversation.

UPSC preparation, Bengaluru

EdVriddhi

EdVriddhi prepares students for the civil services, starting while they are still in college. The site has to work as a learning platform as well as a brochure, with courses, downloads and daily practice all in one place.

Key decisions

  • Treated it as a product rather than a brochure: courses, downloads and daily practice live in one place.
  • Structured courses for early starters, reflecting the core idea that preparation should begin on campus.
  • Gave Campus Vriddhi, Daily Vriddhi and past-year questions their own areas, so returning students reach them fast.
  • Built login and an Ask Vriddhi assistant into every page, supporting people who come back daily.
